Vision: To foster a self-reliant and thriving community where youths are empowered to shape their destinies.
Mission: To provide the necessary tools, knowledge, and opportunities for young people to excel and become leaders in their fields.
Main Goal
The primary goal of the Get It Right Project is to establish a youth-led economic system managed by a Roundtable. This system aims to provide jobs for youths, skill acquisition opportunities for teenagers, and welfare support for children. By creating a sustainable and inclusive economic structure, we aim to ensure long-term prosperity and development.
Pilot Phase: Engagement and Education
Currently, we are in the pilot phase of the project, focusing on engaging and educating the youth through a series of tests, quests, and challenges. These activities are designed to cultivate essential skills, foster critical thinking, and encourage innovative problem-solving. Participants gain practical experience and insights into various sectors, laying a solid foundation for future success.

Future Phases
Phase Two: Team Formation and Economic System Development
In the next phase, the project aims to create a dedicated team of young
leaders who will spearhead economic and social initiatives. This team
will work towards establishing a separate economic system run entirely
by youths, promoting entrepreneurship and sustainable development
alongside Tomorrow People Ambassador, Queen Ifeh. By fostering
collaboration and innovation, this phase seeks to build a resilient
economic structure that benefits the entire community.
Culminating Event: IJELE
The project will culminate in a grand event known as IJELE, a celebration of achievements and a showcase of the talents and capabilities of the participants. IJELE will serve as a platform for networking, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas, further propelling the growth and development of Anambra State.
Partnership and Support
The Get It Right Project actively seeks partnerships with organizations and individuals who share our vision of a prosperous and self-reliant Africa. We believe that through collaboration and support, we can amplify our impact and drive meaningful change.
Impact and Future Goals
Since its inception, the Get It Right Project has made significant strides in empowering the youth and fostering community development. Our ongoing efforts aim to expand the project’s reach, incorporating more participants and exploring new avenues for growth. We are committed to ensuring that the youth of Anambra have the resources and support needed to build a brighter future for themselves and their communities.
In conclusion, the Get It Right Project is more than just an initiative; it is a movement towards a better, more self-sufficient Africa. By investing in the youth and providing them with the tools to succeed, we are paving the way for lasting economic and social transformation, starting from Anambra State, Nigeria.
